Writing a website for Gratis residents
25.7% of Gratis residents are in their twenties or early thirties. Young adults compare a few options on a phone and pick fast; a slow or vague website loses them.
The median home here was built in 1974. Older houses keep roofers, plumbers, electricians and remodelers busy.
95.6% of households have a broadband subscription. A business without a website loses that first look.
